Hi! My name is Jane. I am a Pacific Sea Nettle, which is a type of jellyfish.
I live in California in the Pacific Ocean. It sure is pretty here.
There are lots of fish around me in the bay where I live!
My body is called a bell, although it does not ring!
While I do not have eyes, my tentacles can help me tell when it is light and when it is dark. And, yes, I can sting you with my tentacles. It feels like a bee sting.
I have 24 tentacles. I also use them to capture and scoop up food to eat into my stomach. Yes, I do have a stomach, but I do not have a brain nor a heart.
